Support SLA during the holidays:
- Refer to the Rancher support and maintenance terms of service page for information on business day/hour selection options and response time SLA by support plan.
- For customers and tickets supported by the Rancher Support Team from this country, with the exception of Severity 1, response time SLA is paused on tickets of all other severity levels.
- As necessary and as mutually agreed with our customers, Rancher Support shall reassign support tickets to Rancher Support Engineers, who are not impacted by this holiday schedule.
