Do Rancher Lab employees have a login account for my Hosted Rancher?

When your Hosted Rancher is first provisioned, an admin account and password is provided to you. You will be prompted to change your password when you first log in. From this point on, Rancher Lab employees do not have a login account for your Hosted Rancher. At your discretion, you can create an account for Rancher Lab employees, with the permissions you feel comfortable with, to allow Rancher Labs staff to perform troubleshooting activities. Rancher Labs can also do a Zoom screensharing session to help troubleshoot any issues you have with Hosted Rancher.
