Can I see not just the tickets I filed but also those filed by colleagues from my organization?

Yes, this is possible. From the My activities page is, click on the Organization requests tab as shown in the screenshot below:

Note: if you do not see the the Organization requests tab, it is possible your user account may not have been set up with this permission enabled. In that case, simply file a ticket requesting access to the Organization requests and Rancher Support will take care of it, after any necessary verification.
