How do I request access to the support portal for a new team member?

For any new members on your team, needing access to our support portal, please request them to simply drop an email to support@rancher.com with “register” in the Subject line. This will trigger their account setup workflow within Rancher Support and a new account email with instructions will be sent to them once their request has been verified and account set up.
