For customers on our Platinum plan, Rancher Support is 24⁄7 on all Sev1(Severity 1) tickets. So timezone should not be an issue on Sev1 tickets. Refer this page for our severity level definitions.
For all other severity tickets and across our support plans, a Customer can select from one of our available business hour timezones to receive support:
- San Francisco (US Pacific, default)
- Amsterdam (Central European Time)
- Sydney (Australian Eastern Time)
- Shenzhen (China Standard Time, for China customers only)
