From time to time, you will receive an automated email with the subject line, "Quick question from Rancher Labs" to measure our Net Promoter Score (NPS). See screenshot below. Don't worry, we won't spam you. This survey is just to help us get a quick read on how we have performed as Rancher Support up to a specific ticket. As with the other two surveys, you can optionally add comments to provide us more details.
