I want to let Rancher Leadership know if a specific response within a Rancher Support ticket was helpful to me or not. What is the easiest way to do that?

The easiest way is to let us know via the Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) survey that is attached inline in all (our) ticket responses under the title, "How helpful was my reply?". See screenshot below. In addition to selecting one of the three sentiments, there is an option to add any detailed commentary as appropriate.

The three sentiments are "least helpful", "neutral', and "most helpful" and carry a score of 1, 5, and 10 respectively.
