How soon can we expect to get the final RCA report on critical incidents?

As soon as possible. From when the root cause hypotheses have been validated and a root cause identified, the formal report could some times take up to a business week to finalize. During this time, Rancher Support will keep customer informed on the RCA in the form of draft documents, ticket responses, and via web/phone conference sessions.
