Whilst an RCA summary shall be provided to customers on all applicable Sev1 tickets, it is only on critical business-impacting Sev1 tickets and as requested by the customer that formal RCA reports will be taken up and published. Whilst Rancher Support will respond per SLA on all Sev1 tickets, the criticality of all Sev1s are not equal and fall on a wide-ranged spectrum. Where the Sev1 is critical, Rancher Support will provide a formal RCA report, in addition to all relevant ongoing updates within the ticket on RCA and resolution.
