What is the default severity level if I file a ticket without one?

By default, tickets are categorized into the Severity 3 (Sev3) level.  Our response times are 1-2 business days on Sev3 tickets, unless they are deemed as Sev4 and recategorized. In this case, the response could take longer. Refer this page for our severity level definitions.
