Upon resolving a support ticket, you will receive an automated email with the subject line, "Quick question from Rancher Labs" to measure our Customer Effort Score (CES). See screenshot below. We welcome your feedback with any commentary to understand how we performed on that specific ticket.
The answers carry a score of 1-7. "Strongly Disagree" carries a score of 1 while "Strongly Agree" carries a score of 7.
